Experienced Hardware Designer Wanted

Hybrid Power Solutions is seeking an Experienced Hardware Designer to develop innovative mixed-signal electronics for industrial battery systems. This role emphasizes collaboration and technical expertise in a fast-growing company.

As a key member of our engineering team, you'll design and develop reliable electronic systems for hybrid energy solutions. Close collaboration with mechanical engineers and firmware teams is essential. A solid grasp of PCB design principles and embedded hardware development will support our mission in cleaner power technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design innovative mixed-signal electronics and control systems

• Develop multilayer PCBs using Altium Designer effectively

• Collaborate on power electronics integration in products

• Validate designs through thorough testing and documentation

• Engage in cross-functional teamwork to ensure manufacturability

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related

• Minimum 3 years experience with Altium Designer

• Expertise in mixed-signal and power electronics

• Familiarity with STM
32 and version control systems

• Knowledge of cloud-based workflows is advantageous
