Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities

• Manage engineering contracts for renewable energy projects

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to expand market reach

• Develop a high-performing local engineering team

• Ensure alignment with customer and regulatory needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required

• 7+ years of project management experience

• OIQ Professional Engineer license needed

• Proficient in English and fluent in French

• Project Management certification preferred
