Position: Design for Manufacturing Engineer (PCB)
Join Creation Technologies as a Design for Manufacturing Engineer specializing in PCB layout. This hybrid role involves improving manufacturability while working remotely with engineering teams.

In this pivotal role, the engineer will apply over 10 years of experience in PCB design to advance manufacturing processes. You will be instrumental in conducting DFM and DFA assessments, ensuring designs meet rigorous standards. Extensive experience with tools like Altium Designer is required to successfully drive innovation across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee DFM and DFA assessments across PCB designs

• Utilize DFM tools for manufacturability analysis

• Develop and align DFM rules with IPC and customer specifications

• Review Gerber and BOM data for manufacturability

• Lead DFM meetings with stakeholders for design improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology or equivalent

• 10+ years in PCB layout experience

• 5+ years related to PCB fabrication and assembly

• Knowledge of PCB EDA tools including Altium

• Strong analytical and communication skills
