Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee building condition assessments and forensic investigations

• Manage complex restoration projects for various building types

• Develop quality standards and methodologies for project success

• Guide project teams through all phases from design to closeout

• Serve as a trusted advisor providing restoration strategies

Requirements:

• Over 8 years of building sciences or envelope project experience

• Strong technical knowledge in restoration practices

• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario

• Proven leadership in complex project execution

• Valid Ontario driver’s license with travel willingness
