Position: Senior Project Engineer for Manufacturing

In this pivotal role, you will lead medium to large technical projects within the Engineering Department at Give & Go. Your responsibilities will include investigating solutions, managing installations, and utilizing project management methodologies. You will also provide coaching to enhance team performance and support the company's growth in food manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute technical projects at manufacturing plants

• Investigate and create solutions for engineering challenges

• Manage installations and startup processes for projects

• Use IIM and reporting disciplines throughout project life cycle

• Provide technical leadership and coaching within the department

Requirements:

• University degree in Engineering or related field

• Minimum 8 years’ engineering experience in food manufacturing

• Completion of P.Eng certification

• Highly organized with strong analytical skills

• Proficient in MS Office and project management tools
