In this highly collaborative position, you will design and validate integrated photonic systems, incorporating high-speed electro-optic modulators. Key tasks include developing new characterisation techniques and ensuring optimal system performance in complex configurations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and conduct experiments to validate photonic circuits
• Benchmark performance of integrated optical detection systems
• Troubleshoot complex optical and electrical systems
• Develop signal-processing techniques for high-speed measurements
• Maintain detailed technical documentation for all projects
Requirements:
• Ph.D. in a relevant technical field
• 4+ years of industry experience in photonic systems
• Expertise in coherent optical detection techniques
• Knowledge of RF electronics and transimpedance amplifiers
• Strong analytical skills for system optimization
Drive innovation in photonics, working closely with experts in engineering and physics.
