This position focuses on leading civil and hydraulic design for large infrastructure initiatives in Canada. Responsibilities include coordinating multidisciplinary teams and acting as the primary technical liaison with clients and public authorities. The role also emphasizes mentoring and contributing to local business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all phases of infrastructure and hydraulic projects
• Supervise project teams and ensure quality outputs
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and authorities
• Support local office development through mentoring
• Ensure project alignment with scope, budget, and schedule
Requirements:
• At least 15 years in civil or geotechnical engineering
• Proven experience with major infrastructure projects
•
B.Sc./M.Sc. in relevant engineering discipline
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng) in Canada preferred
• Strong leadership and client management skills
