Position: Rail Transit CAD Designer Needed
Join WSP as a CAD Designer focused on cable containment within rail transit projects. Your expertise in 3D design will be critical in shaping modern transit systems throughout Canada.

You will be part of a high-performing team at WSP, dedicated to delivering nation-impacting transportation solutions. This role involves detailed design and modeling tasks, necessitating collaboration with top engineers and specialists. You will support project coordination and ensure compliance with various railway standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop design models for guideway infrastructure

• Produce drawings that meet engineering specifications

• Support multidisciplinary teams through the project phases

• Verify design integration and accuracy

• Manage design changes and documentation

Requirements:

• Postsecondary engineering technology diploma or degree

• At least 5 years of relevant design experience

• Expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D for both workflows

• Knowledge of railway standards and infrastructures

• Excellent detail orientation and project management skills
