Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance internal processing techniques

• Conduct Heat Treatment and Hardness Testing

• Facilitate NADCAP accreditation support and audits

• Liaise with key industry organizations

• Collaborate on standardization with engineering teams

Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 12/high school diploma

• 2-5 years experience in metallurgical processes

• Strong knowledge of AMS specifications

• Background in aluminum preferred

• Legally allowed to work in Canada
