Position: Project Planner for Major Civil Works

Your role will emphasize the development and maintenance of project schedules and resource planning.

As a Planner at Aecon, you will support effective project execution by developing robust schedules under the guidance of the Planning Manager. Successful candidates will need 5-7 years of relevant planning experience, with an emphasis on analytical precision and attention to detail. Collaboration with various teams is key to ensuring project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and verify project work scope for planning

• Maintain integrity of project schedules throughout

• Analyze productivity and support resource forecasting

• Create progress reports and dashboards for stakeholders

• Lead collaborative efforts with multidisciplinary teams

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Engineering, or similar field

• Minimum 5-7 years of civil project planning experience

• Advanced skills in Primavera P6 and similar software

• Ability to solve problems and take accountability

• Experience with PowerBI and synchronization tools is a plus
