Join RVA's Waterloo office as an Engineering Designer focused on innovative water and wastewater solutions. Drive change by preparing technical reports and leading project designs for critical infrastructure.
This position is suitable for those with a degree in Environmental, Chemical, or Civil Engineering, and 0-3 years of experience in water or wastewater systems. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on projects like Water Treatment Plants and Pumping Stations, while honing your professional skills in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare technical reports including feasibility studies and design assessments
• Organize conceptual and detailed designs for water and wastewater systems
• Complete technical calculations and draft engineering drawings
• Coordinate with engineering teams and sub-consultants
• Conduct site reviews during construction and assist with contract administration
Requirements:
• University degree in Environmental, Chemical, or Civil Engineering
• 0-3 years’ experience in water/wastewater systems
• Superior English communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver’s license required
