As the Senior MTO Highway Design Lead, you will oversee the delivery and management of MTO highway and bridge projects, engaging with various stakeholders in a consulting engineering environment. Your proven experience of 10–15 years will be invaluable in achieving project milestones and technical compliance within multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead design phases for highway and bridge projects
• Manage costs, schedules, and project scopes effectively
• Provide technical oversight for roadway design initiatives
• Facilitate coordination with regulatory authorities
• Ensure QA/QC practices align with standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario
• 10–15 years of consulting experience in highway design
• Strong understanding of Ontario engineering policies
• Experience managing design teams and projects
