Quantum Hardware Development Engineer

In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing Xanadu's quantum computing hardware by integrating photonics fabrication processes. Your work will include coordinating with various teams to meet hardware requirements while innovating processes for ultra-low loss components. You'll also lead lithography module ownership, ensuring precision from layout to final wafer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate hardware requirements across multiple component teams

• Innovate photonic process development strategies

• Manage tapeout cycles with external mask shops

• Build and enforce lithography design rules

• Deliver integrated photonic chips with multiple components

Requirements:

• MS or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or related field

• 5+ years in a semiconductor foundry environment

• Knowledge of chip fabrication and failure analysis

• Expertise in advanced lithography processes

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
