As a pivotal part of the team, you will manage detailed electrical designs from conception to implementation, working closely with multidisciplinary teams.
Your role involves cable routing, equipment layout, and coordinating installations, ensuring deliverables meet the Ontario Electrical Safety Code and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed electrical installation layouts and specifications
• Design strategies for cable segregation and EMI shielding
• Coordinate with civil contractors and multidisciplinary teams
• Prepare installation drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
• Support regulatory inspections and design queries
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
• 3-7 years of relevant experience in electrical design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM modeling
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and installation practices
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng) license preferred
