As an intern at Hitachi Rail, you will work closely with design engineering teams, managing documentation and approving procedures for simulators and automated hardware testers. You will support the assembly and enhancement of cutting-edge testing systems while gaining valuable experience in a global leader in technology and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Document designs and procedures for hardware test equipment
• Manage approval processes in a PLM system
• Collaborate with Component Engineering on part number requests
• Assist in upgrading and assembling testing systems
• Validate and debug simulators using Lab View and Test Stand
Requirements:
• Pursuing an Engineering degree (Electrical, Electronics, etc.)
• Completion of third year of undergraduate studies
• Strong communication skills and project work familiarity
• Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD preferred)
• Ability to collaborate and multitask effectively
