Perform Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) and Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) to identify underlying issues causing equipment failure.
Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to address recurring failures and improve overall equipment performance.
Train/Develop/ Coach Engineers on-site to perform similar work.
3. Data Analysis & Risk Assessment
Develop and track reliability performance metrics such as Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and others.
Provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting reliability performance, asset health, and areas for improvement.
Ensure that reliability strategies and asset management practices adhere to industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines (e.g., ISO 55000, PAS 55).
