You’ll be instrumental in the development roadmap, trial design, and ensuring product quality across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities:
• Own the basesheet development for product categories
• Design trials and execute validation runs
• Convert test results into actionable product recommendations
• Lead external trials with suppliers and labs
• Mentor junior engineers in technical skills
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field
• 10-15 years of paper making experience
• Strong knowledge of paper making processes
• Project management experience with A3 methodologies
• Willingness to travel 25% across Canada and the US
