In this role, you will manage and deliver secure defence projects for public-sector clients across Canada. Your experience will support diverse portfolios, ensuring quality and compliance while overseeing multidisciplinary teams. Key responsibilities include managing design scope, schedule, cost, and communication among stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead multi-disciplinary design delivery for various defence infrastructure
• Ensure engineering design outputs meet GHD standards
• Coordinate quality control of deliverables per GHD’s Quality Management System
• Develop technical project scopes and provide pricing during proposals
• Collaborate on project schedules with the Project Controls team
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years in design management for infrastructure projects
• Technical proficiency in disciplines such as civil or structural design
• Experience with Building Information Modelling (BIM)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
