As a Lead Process Engineer, you will manage process engineering activities across a diverse range of projects. With over 12 years of experience, demonstrate your expertise in studies, basic engineering, and detailed design. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, guiding engineers while ensuring alignment with client needs and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead process engineering across mining and mineral processing projects
• Manage project deliverables, scopes, and technical discussions
• Mentor junior engineers and review engineering outputs
• Develop process flow diagrams and engineering specifications
• Conduct trade-off studies and process safety reviews
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mineral Processing or Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 12 years in mineral processing engineering
• Professional Engineer designation or eligibility in Ontario
• Strong experience with metallurgical simulation software
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
