At Tenstorrent, we are seeking a talented engineer to manage physical design tasks from synthesis to GDSII signoff. You will work closely with RTL teams to ensure power and performance goals are achieved, impacting project timelines significantly. Your hands-on experience with block-level and IP tapeouts on advanced nodes will be vital.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own block-level and IP tapeouts through physical design phases
• Collaborate with RTL owners to optimize performance and power budgets
• Ensure rigorous signoff quality for reliable IP delivery
• Build effective floor plans and power grids for designs
• Deliver comprehensive IP integration collateral for customer use
Requirements:
• BS/MS/PhD in EE/ECE/CE/CS with 5+ years of relevant experience
• Proficient in tools like Innovus, ICC2/Fusion Compiler
• Strong scripting skills in Tcl, Python, or Perl
• Deep understanding of low-power design challenges
• Experience in timing analysis and signoff processes
