In this pivotal role within the Highways and Freeways group, you will collaborate with engineers and design specialists on varied projects from rehabilitation to expansion. A minimum of five years' experience is essential, along with strong knowledge of MTO guidelines and CADD standards. You will enjoy a dynamic team environment focused on quality work and trust.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design highway engineering components across Ontario projects
• Develop highway engineering design, from planning to execution
• Coordinate with project teams for optimal workflow
• Proactively manage risks to minimize delays
• Prepare technical reports to ensure project excellence
Requirements:
• Associate's Degree in Engineering Technology or equivalent
• 5+ years experience in transportation engineering
• Knowledge of MTO CADD standards
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and related software
• Strong communication and leadership skills
