Lead process engineering excellence at AtkinsRéalis in Toronto, combining technical leadership with multidisciplinary project delivery across Canada. Guide teams through complex industrial and water projects.
As Process Team Lead, you will develop process engineers and specialists while supporting practice growth in Ontario. The work spans industrial manufacturing, chemicals, energy transition, industrial infrastructure, municipal infrastructure, and water projects. You will contribute across advisory services, studies, concept development, detailed design, commissioning support, and operational improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, mentor, and develop process engineers and specialists
- Serve as Process Lead, Technical Authority, or Project Manager
- Review process engineering deliverables and technical reports
- Guide risk decisions, option assessments, and design reviews
- Strengthen client relationships and pursue business opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline
- Ontario P.Eng. designation or eligibility for registration
- Minimum 15 years of relevant industrial engineering experience
- At least five years leading projects or engineering teams
- Consulting, multidisciplinary delivery, and business development experience
