Partnerships Manager

We are seeking a Partnerships Manager to join our fast‑growing team. In this role, you will drive business growth by identifying, negotiating, and securing strategic partnerships with gaming providers and affiliates for the leading operators in North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with gaming providers and affiliates to expand our portfolio and reach.
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including gaming providers, affiliates, and industry influencers.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and operations) to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze partnership performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize outcomes.
  • Stay updated on iGaming industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events (6‑8 trips per year).
  • Support the Chief Commercial Officer in developing and executing the overall commercial strategy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or account management, preferably in the iGaming industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close partnership deals.
  • Knowledge of the iGaming industry, including gaming providers, affiliates, and market dynamics (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, in‑office environment.
  • Willingness to travel 6‑8 times per year for industry events and partner meetings.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in reporting and data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills
  • Existing network of contacts within the iGaming industry.
  • Experience working with affiliate marketing programs or gaming provider integrations.
  • Familiarity with North American iGaming regulations and compliance requirements.
