We are looking for a Senior Marketing Project Manager for the Creative Marketing group to manage multiple projects and build trust with our internal and external partner teams. Come join us, thrive, take risks and dream big to craft the future of the fastest growing gaming company.

• Collaborate with art leads, designers, motion artists, videographers, 3D artists, capture artists, and copywriters.
• Manage production schedules for UA, ASO, and Brand creative assets.
• Oversee several projects from concept to final output.
• Implement project tracking through JIRA and Airtable.
• Coordinate roadmap planning, execution, review and release of sprints and cadences.
• Set priorities of action items and lead communication and alignment with the team.
• Proactively identify dependencies and risks and own the solutions to mitigate those risks.
• Define and continually improve the production process.
• Communicate project status regularly with team members, track the status of tasks, and ensure goals are met.
• Write and maintain internal documentation.
• Work globally across multiple Game SKUs and manage a range of priorities.
• Assist with cost estimation and budgeting.
• Organize files, document timelines, and identify potential risks with proposed solutions.
• Champion an open, inclusive and positive work environment.
• Be aware of industry trends and marketing best practices.

• 5+ years of project management experience in marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Experience working with project management related tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Proactive and self‑motivated.
• Collaborative and adaptable.
• Ability to think on your feet and come up with creative solutions.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and keep the team motivated.
