We’re seeking a professional and personable Door Person to join a prestigious residential property in Toronto. As the first point of contact for residents and visitors, this role is essential in creating a warm, secure, and welcoming environment. You will be responsible for greeting residents and guests, managing building access, and assisting with deliveries, all while ensuring a high standard of service and safety.

Key Responsibilities
Greet residents, guests, and service providers with a polished and friendly approach.
Oversee building entry points to ensure proper access control and visitor sign-in procedures.
Assist residents with carrying luggage, groceries, and other personal items (up to 50 lbs).
Handle and log deliveries, packages, and Uber Eats or similar food orders promptly.
Provide quick and efficient assistance with resident requests, ensuring complete satisfaction.
Coordinate delivery services, ensuring packages and trades are directed appropriately.
Maintain a secure environment by monitoring access and reporting any irregularities.
Provide assistance with resident requests and ensure follow-up for complete satisfaction.
Share knowledge of local services, amenities, and community events to enhance the resident experience.
Assist with amenity coordination, logging deliveries, and updating shift records accurately.
Conduct regular property checks, reporting maintenance issues to the appropriate team.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 1–2 years as a Door Person, Bell Person, or in a similar hospitality or luxury residential role.
Skills & Attributes:
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to maintain professionalism and discretion at all times.
Strong organizational skills with the flexibility to manage multiple priorities.
Other Requirements:
Basic knowledge of building security and access systems.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Criminal background check and First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
