Event Support Staff – Candlelight Concert

Candlelight Concerts are known for their intimate setting, beautiful music, and unforgettable ambiance. As Event Support Staff, you’ll play a key role in ensuring guests have a seamless, memorable experience… and yes, you’ll be able to enjoy the concert from your station while you work!

E. & Carlaw Ave.)
Date:
Friday, February 6th
Time: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Pay: $19.50/hour

Bonus:
These concerts run regularly. If the position is a good fit for you, you’ll very likely be offered additional upcoming shows.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Unloading a U-Haul (bins of battery-operated candles, merchandise, décor). Very light lifting
Setting up stage décor (candles, music stands, banners, props)
Assisting with merchandise table setup and sales support
Ushering guests to their seats and providing directions
Maintaining the space between shows (tidying, light clean-up, candle repositioning)
Monitoring guests during the performance and politely addressing disruptions
End-of-show teardown and reloading equipment

What We’re Looking For:

Customer service experience is a must (event experience not required!)
Friendly and professional demeanor
Comfortable interacting with guests in a polished, upscale environment
Reliable and able to stay on your feet throughout the shift

What You Need:
All-black outfit (black shirt, black pants, black shoes)
Positive attitude and strong people skills
