Job Description

As CRM Manager for Sports Interaction Casino
, you will translate Entain’s broader CRM strategy into high‑performing campaigns and promotional offers that drive customer engagement, retention, and reactivation. You will design campaign mechanics, define player bonuses per segment, own the promotional calendar, and ensure flawless execution of campaign plans supervising it end‑to‑end.

Key Responsibilities include:

Design offers and campaign mechanics that drive engagement, retention, and reactivation KPIs within promotional budget parameters.

Ensure all campaigns align with brand guidelines, best practices, regulatory requirements, and responsible gaming practices.

Promotional Calendar Ownership.

Own and manage the promotional calendar for each calendar week, working cross‑functionally with Product, VIP and other functions to align planned promotions to strategic objectives.

Quality Assurance and Promo Optimization.

Oversee QA on all campaigns before launch to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance.

Maximize promotional visibility in the right channels (email, inbox, push notifications, SMS, overlays).

Performance Management and Analysis.

Analyze promotion performance as well as bonus spend efficiency.

Apply learnings of post‑campaign analysis to optimize future campaigns.

Develop direct report’s capabilities on campaign execution and CRM best practices.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Required:

At least 3+ years of proven experience managing CRM activity in Gaming or gambling (sports betting or casino), either agency‑side or client‑side. This is a hard requirement.

Strong knowledge and skills in CRM, including segmentation, campaign design, promotional mechanics, and performance analysis.

Proven ability to design campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and reactivation while managing promotional budgets effectively.

Strong analytical skills with ability to leverage data to drive decisions.

Experience developing and executing CRM plans through close collaboration with Product, Creative and Operational Teams.

Demonstrated capability to coach and develop team members on campaign optimization.

Extensive experience in managing CRM channels including email, inbox, push notifications, overlays, and SMS.

Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Optimove or other specialized CRM tools.

Preferred:

Personal knowledge in online casino would be beneficial.

Familiarity with responsible gaming practices and regulatory compliance requirements.

Knowledge of Canadian French in addition to English.
