Meeting Planner

Position: Meeting Planner for CSA Group
Join CSA Group as a Meeting Planner, responsible for orchestrating events that meet organizational objectives. This role encompasses budgeting, vendor management, and event execution in a full-time capacity.

As a key player in the Standards division, you will design meetings and technical seminars, manage expenses, and negotiate contracts effectively.

Your role requires strong project management capabilities and a keen ability to communicate objectives. Successful candidates will tackle challenges proactively and ensure high-quality event execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and recommend venues and catering options

• Manage budgeting and expense tracking

• Oversee vendor relationships and negotiations

• Conduct event assessments and gather feedback

• Guide marketing for promotional material preparation

Requirements:

• 2-year post-secondary degree in Event Management

• At least 5 years of relevant experience

• Strong analytical and organizational abilities

• Familiarity with budget management tools

• French language skills are preferred
