Nation Safety Ambassador

Position: Live Nation Safety Ambassador Role
Become a Safety Ambassador with Live Nation Events at RBC Amphitheatre, where your mission is to ensure safety and enhance guest experiences. Engage with fans while upholding high safety standards daily.

This role serves as a crucial touchpoint for guest interactions, focusing on creating a secure and welcoming environment. You will implement safety protocols, provide assistance during emergencies, and ensure all guests are comfortable and supported. Your friendly disposition will enhance the overall live event atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and safe venue for guests

• Aid in providing medical attention to distressed patrons

• Address escalating situations with calm interventions

• Enforce policies and ensure safety protocols

• Help guests with special accommodations and directions

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

• Experience in health and safety or community service fields

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work in outdoor environments and crowds

• Passionate about live entertainment and guest services
