Shape the future of responsible gaming with iGaming Ontario as a Senior Advisor. Lead initiatives focused on player protection and enhancing gaming maturity in Toronto.
In this permanent, full-time role located at the Head Office in Toronto, you will develop and implement multi-year strategies in responsible gaming. Your expertise in player protection initiatives and commitment to safe gambling practices will enhance Ontario’s iGaming environment. Collaboration with stakeholders and monitoring of gaming trends will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement responsible gaming strategies
• Design KPIs and metrics for program evaluation
• Monitor RG trends and emerging policy issues
• Lead planning and execution of RG campaigns
• Prepare briefing materials for senior management
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in related field with 5+ years' experience
• Advanced analytical and presentation skills
• Proven stakeholder relationship management abilities
• Strong organizational skills for multiple projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
