This part-time opportunity is all about fostering a fun and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. You will proactively assist new and existing customers with their wagering needs, educate them on our offerings, and help organize various promotional events.
Your role is essential to enhancing the overall customer experience at our premier racing venues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure a satisfying experience for all customers
• Assist with wagering inquiries and operational questions
• Manage sales of racing programs and merchandise
• Track and reconcile end-of-day sales
• Educate patrons on betting systems and promotions
Requirements:
• Outgoing and engaging demeanor
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• Basic knowledge of the horse racing industry is an asset
