Are you a natural leader with a passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences? We’re looking for a Guest Experience Shift Lead to help lead our awesome team and deliver moments to families every day! You’ll be part of the team that makes the LEGOLAND Discovery Centre a place where imagination runs wild.
Qualifications & ExperienceWhat You’ll Do:
- Supervise and support front-line staff during your shift
- Inspire your team to be “guest obsessed” and deliver world‑class service
- Assist with daily operations, guest flow, and crowd control
- Train, coach, and support team members to become LEGOLAND legends
- Respond to guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care
- Maintain training documentation and safety compliance
- Lead by example by stepping into host positions when needed
- Provide feedback, coaching, and assist with staff development
- Collaborate with other departments for smooth daily operation
- High School diploma or GED required
- Strong customer service & communication skills
- Previous experience in attractions, entertainment, or hospitality (6+ months preferred)
- Enthusiasm, positivity, and a team‑first attitude
- Leadership experience or potential to grow into a leader
- Comfortable using office and POS systems
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and ready to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift (up to 50 lbs), and work on your feet for extended periods
- Must be flexible to work weekends, holidays, and some evenings
- Commitment to health & safety for yourself, your team, and our guests
- Occasional local travel may be required
