Position Overview:
RBC Amphitheater is seeking a VIP Host to join the Premium team. This is an engaging position that requires the host to ensure a positive client experience. The VIP Host will observe and interact with guests to maintain close contact and actively seek feedback regarding the guest experience. This role focuses on relationship building. The VIP Host will meet guest expectations proactively, promptly, professionally, with a genuine care to attention and detail while projecting truly nurturing and warm hospitality.
The VIP Host team member will be located throughout all our VIP areas within the Amphitheater and will be required to assist with questions, issues, or complaints.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in all aspects of the VIP Premium Services operation – wristbands, credentials, manage reservations, in the various premium spaces and box seatsAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and repeat guestsGreet and welcome guests as they enter the VIP entrances, ensuring a warm and professional first impressionAnswer questions, anticipate guest needs, escort guests to their seats, and assist with any other concerns that may arise throughout the eveningBe a point of contact for various premium locations including VIP Boxes to ensure guest satisfactionStrong conflict resolution skillsRefer unresolved customer grievances to reporting manager or designated departments for further investigationCoordinate with management and other departments to prepare VIP areas and servicesBe knowledgeable of venue policies, safety protocols, and event detailsOther tasks as assigned by the VIP Premium Hospitality ManagerRequired Skills &
