Be a key player in the Toronto Blue Jays' success as the Promotions & Experience Manager. This role focuses on delivering a superior fan experience at Rogers Centre through creative promotions.
You will manage promotional programs while spearheading fundraising events for the Jays Care Foundation, setting ambitious targets. Your coordination will extend to various teams and talented performers, ensuring consistency and entertainment value. This full-time position requires a strong commitment to enhancing the game-day atmosphere and fan engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support execution of theme days and promotions
• Coordinate with teams for effective event planning
• Lead fundraising events to achieve financial goals
• Manage budgets and vendor relationships
• Evaluate guest experiences and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
• Degree in a related discipline
• 3-5 years of experience in event management
• Leadership skills to guide diverse teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office;
Salesforce is advantageous
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
