Position: Project Manager for Live Experiences
Drive scalable events as a Project Manager rsee live experiences like Jazz Room and Ballet of Lights while managing budgets and collaborating across departments.

In this role, you will be pivotal in planning, launching, and managing scalable experiences in multiple markets. Your responsibilities include ensuring compliance with brand standards, vendor negotiation, and budget management. As a Project Manager, you will coordinate with New Ventures, Marketing, and Finance to achieve strategic market expansions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute scalable event experiences across cities

• Manage budget tracking and project costs effectively

• Negotiate contracts with vendors and talent agencies

• Ensure brand and quality standards in every market

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for operational success

Requirements:

• 3+ years in project management within live events

• Proven vendor management skills in negotiations

• Ability to manage budgets and optimise costs

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
