Position: Festi Assistant Production Manager Role
Elevate live events as TIFF's Assistant Technical Production Manager in Toronto. Oversee production planning, client relations, and logistics during festivals and gatherings.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Production Services, this contract position includes responsibility for the technical production support of live events. You will facilitate pre-production and documentation, manage client relations, and work alongside internal teams to ensure successful event execution. Strong organizational skills and a technical background are essential for handling multiple concurrent projects at TIFF.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan technical production for various live events

• Liaise with internal teams and develop creative solutions

• Manage client relations from pre- to post-production

• Document all production details and workflows

• Oversee logistics for special events and rentals

Requirements:

• 5+ years of live event production experience

• 2+ years in a supervisory role

• Strong understanding of A/V, lighting, and staging

• Excellent communication and project management skills

• Proficient in Google Suite and MS Office
