Zynga seeks a Senior UX Designer to shape player experiences for our exciting new mobile game. Lead the design process while bridging complex game systems and intuitive player journeys.
In this senior-level role, you will define user flows and interaction models that enhance engagement while minimizing cognitive load. Collaborate directly with project leads to create interactive prototypes and conduct user testing. You will also maintain the Design System to ensure consistency across the studio while mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define user flows and information architecture for player engagement
• Build prototypes to test and validate game features
• Plan user testing, synthesize data for design improvements
• Audit and identify friction points within the game experience
• Own and evolve the Design System for studio efficiency
Requirements:
• 4+ years of UX experience in game development
• Proficiency in advanced Figma features and Design Systems
• Deep understanding of player motivations and mental models
• High aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail
• Strong ability to articulate complex design logic
Lead the charge in creating delightful player experiences and mentor junior team members in UX excellence.
