In this role, under the supervision of the Manager, Slot Operations, you will address guest inquiries and facilitate the gaming experience. Your leadership will motivate and regulate Slot Attendants, ensuring a safe environment for all staff. Focus on communication and teamwork will enhance the casino's operations and guest enjoyment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a customer service liaison for gaming inquiries

• Supervise and motivate Slot Attendants on the floor

• Report issues and maintain communication with management

• Assist guests with gaming experiences and machine problems

• Ensure compliance with policies and internal controls

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of slot experience preferred

• Strong communication skills, both oral and written

• Technical aptitude and manual dexterity are assets

• Must obtain a Gaming License

• Basic knowledge of slot machine functions is helpful
