In this critical role, you will perform rigging activities within hotel and convention center settings. With your practical experience and certifications, you'll manage rigging tools, provide essential ground support, and oversee safety procedures. Collaborating with various technical teams, you will prepare for and execute successful events under the supervision of a Lead Rigger or Rigging Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and check all rigging equipment for events
• Support teams in the safe setup of lifts and motors
• Confirm safety of rigging configurations and equipment
• Execute project plans while identifying rigging obstacles
• Conduct maintenance inspections of rigging hardware
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 500+ hours of rigging experience required
• Qualified-Basic Rigging certification necessary
• Lift Certification and operation experience
• Experience with grounding rigging tasks and safety observations
