Theatre Events Coordination Lead

In this role, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the theatre while supervising student staff and managing various events. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in theatre environments, ensuring a well-run operation while nurturing strong client relationships to foster event growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage event schedules and logistics at the theatre
• Supervise and instruct student technicians during events
• Handle invoicing and maintain accurate financial records
• Foster client relationships for ongoing revenue development
• Enforce health and safety policies and regulations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
• At least 3 years of performing arts administration experience
• Strong technical knowledge of theatre operations
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience with unions in theatre production
