Under the guidance of the Table Games Manager, this position is ideal for individuals keen on customer engagement and game management. You will need a High School Diploma and at least 2 years of customer service experience. As a Dealer, you’ll handle card games, ensure compliance with regulations, and foster strong relationships with guests and coworkers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deal card games efficiently to customers
• Maintain security of the gaming table and its float
• Control table play order and close bets appropriately
• Refer disputes and suspicious activities to management
• Tidy workstation for a presentable gaming area
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required
• Minimum 2 years customer service experience
• Dealer Certificate (training provided)
• Ability to obtain a Gaming License
• Bilingual skills are an asset
