Position Summary
Under the direct supervision of the Manager, Table Games or Shift Manager, Table Games, this position is responsible for providing dealing services to customers while contributing to a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members. Ensures adherence to the Company's policies and procedures, motivates and leads by example and supports Great Canadians learning environment while establishing a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members.

- Deals card games
- Maintains the security of the table and its float
- Controls the table in the correct order of play; closes bets at the appropriate time
- Refers disputes, irregularities or suspicious activities to the Manager
- Verifies chip refills and credits
- Tidies workstation and pit area
- Communicates effectively with all appropriate operational departments
- Builds strong working relationships with guests and team members
- Ensures compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations
- Performs other duties as assigned or directed
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service
- Dealer Certificate (training provided)
- Ability to successfully obtain a Gaming License
- Other languages an asset
- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset but not required
Regular casino environment, standing for long periods of time, dealing cards for long periods of time, some exposure to noise, some exposure to verbal abuse, non-traditional work hours for our operations that run 24/7/365.
