Key Responsibilities:
• Provide courteous service to customers and answer inquiries
• Offer guidance on wagering and self-service machine use
• Sell racing programs and manage promotional items
• Reconcile sales and track product performance
• Support first-level service on wagering equipment
Requirements:
• Energetic with strong interpersonal skills
• Effective communicator under pressure
• Able to work professionally in diverse settings
• Knowledge of horse racing is an asset
• Positive team attitude and work ethic
