In this engaging role, you will assist guests by repairing and maintaining gaming equipment at our location while fostering an exciting and friendly environment. As a member of the team, you will utilize your technical skills to support both guests and your coworkers while performing various job functions throughout the shift.
Key Responsibilities:
• Repair and maintain gaming and simulator equipment
• Provide exceptional service to guests and team members
• Manage wait times effectively and communicate information
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the midway games
• Assist in daily maintenance of tech room and storage areas
Requirements:
• At least 18 years of age
• Strong communication skills with guests and team
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Technical skills preferred; not required
