The Coordinator, Sales & Service (located at Store Support Centre) will work closely with Store teams, merchants and vendor partners to ensure seamless execution of client experience programs, executed at an elevated level to retain and build loyalty from both new and existing clients.
Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
Administer and oversee the ongoing maintenance of Sales & Service programs and associated processesManage administrative responsibilities, including documentation, reporting, and expense reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and timelinessSchedule, organize and/or facilitate meetings with vendor partners and internal stakeholders as requiredCoordinate, organize, monitor, and support Sales & Service programs to ensure effective executionSupport program execution by tracking results and progression, providing insights and recommendations to improve outcomesBuild strong relationships and partner with vendors, internal stakeholders and store teams to drive program adoption, performance and effective partnershipsOversee administration of client experiences, including itineraries, coordination, budgets, and critical paths/schedulesAssist in implementing key projects and initiatives to drive flawless in-store execution, including training programs, launch materials, and corporate policiesSupport store teams on Sales & Service-related programs and conduct regular store visits to understand processes, identify opportunities and share best practicesCommunicate parameters, standards, and direction set by Store Support to store teams, ensuring messaging is clear, concise, and actionable, with defined follow-ups to drive alignment and executionSupport the ongoing maintenance and administrative support of Sales & Service programs with a focus on sustainability and continuous improvementProvide proactive and responsive support to vendors, internal teams, and store teams to strengthen overall collaborationMaintain expertise in all Sales & Service tools (e.g., clienteling tools) to support adoption & engagement, appointment culture and client retentionSupport the rollout of Sales & Service programs (e.g., digital experience selling)Comply with all Health & Safety policies and requirementsEnsure compliance with privacy policies, regulations, and cyber security measuresPerform other duties, as assignedThe ideal candidate:
1-2 years of post-university work experienceDemonstrated leadership and influencing skills with the ability to get things done Excellent interpersonal skills; a team player who is able to act as both a leader and an individual contributor as requiredConfident and effective communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skillsIs adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity and change Highly service-oriented with exceptional organizational and follow up skillsPassionate about fashion and luxury retailingProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)The measures of success:
