MERCEDES-BENZ TORONTO QUEENSWAY (the “Experience Destination”) is looking for talented, driven and enthusiastic people to join the Team. We are looking for a mature individual who can handle very fast-paced environments and can lead a team of young service attendants.

The 135,000 sq. ft. luxury, AMG and Mercedes-Benz Brand Centre, with cutting-edge architecture and advanced technologies, designed to let the customer lead the interaction.

As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, this position is responsible for welcoming and greeting visitors to the dealership and championing administrative duties. Specifically:

• Welcome customers to the dealership and inquire as to the purpose of their visit
• Direct customers to the proper department and/or dealership facilities
• Obtain basic information about customers, using a computer system
• Maintain knowledge of basic dealership information to act as a resource for incoming callers
• Perform administrative duties as required

• 1-2 years of proven experience in customer service and/or reception
• Secondary School diploma or equivalent experience
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
• Ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
• Strong attention to detail, organized and strategic
• Ability to maintain professionalism
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Self‑motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
• A desire to work in a high‑energy, fast‑paced environment
• A proven commitment to quality of work
