What you will do:

Hourly Player, Front of House

Our Player, Front of House are an integral part of the team who provide an exceptional entertainment experience to each and every guest.

In this role, you will operate all major attractions, be an expert on gaming within the facility, and help answer or curate the gaming experience for both experienced and non‑experienced gamers.

• Upsell games by demonstrating operations and encouraging guests to play, creating a fun, playful environment.
• Ensure all games and stations are clean, well–maintained, and fully operational.
• Assist with restocking the store.
• Serve as a trusted resource for guests' inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain a working knowledge of venue pricing, special events, promotions, and daily events.

• Must be the age of majority or older for licensed venues.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Proof of provincial sale and handling of alcohol certificate.
