What Is a Game Presenter
A Game Presenter is a person who opens, maintains, and closes card games, dealing cards and broadcasting live to online players in front of the cameras in our studio. The role does not require previous work experience; training is provided to make you a star. We expect a positive attitude, cooperation, precision, and respect for the rules you will quickly master.
You will receive professional training from your future colleagues in our Toronto studio, a pleasant, modern, and technologically advanced environment. The online gaming platform operates 24 hours a day, every day of the year, so the position is organized into three shifts with rotations.
Responsibilities- Conduct live games for online players in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Interact with players in a professional and friendly manner, providing excellent customer service.
- Deal cards, spin a wheel, announce winning bets, and shuffle cards.
- Perform Floor Supervisor responsibilities on a rotating basis.
- Handle cards and other gaming equipment quickly and accurately.
- Follow strict security procedures and protocols to ensure game integrity.
- Assist players with game rules and answer questions about winnings or concerns.
- Escalate disputes in accordance with company policies efficiently and timely.
- Attend training sessions and stay up to date with new games and industry trends.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Fluency in Cantonese and English.
- Comfortable working on camera during live games.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable with technology and have basic computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while remaining calm under pressure, maintaining accuracy and discretion.
- Flexible working hours and shift work suitability.
- Basic casino game knowledge is an asset.
- Compliance with the gaming licensing directive upon hire date.
No experience required – we will train you!
Hourly rate starts at $26 per hour, a leap from the previous $22. Night shift work earns an additional 10% premium.
After a three‑month probation period, you will receive comprehensive health, dental, and vision plans.
Performance bonuses are based on clear and achievable KPIs, allowing top performers to increase their monthly income.
