Reporting to the Table Games Manager, you will bring your customer service skills and knowledge of card games to the forefront. A High School Diploma and two years of relevant experience are essential. Your main tasks include dealing games, overseeing table operations, and maintaining security standards while communicating effectively with guests and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Effectively deal various card games to customers
• Secure the table and manage the float responsibly
• Ensure order of play is maintained and bets closed timely
• Address disputes and suspicious activities promptly
• Keep pit areas clean and organized
Requirements:
• High School Diploma mandatory
• At least 2 years in customer service
• Dealer Certificate provided through training
• Must obtain a Gaming License
• Other languages are beneficial
