In this full-time role, you'll supervise the Champions Off-Track Wagering network, maintaining betting terminals and ensuring compliance with established standards. Engage directly with customers and Teletheatre Operators, addressing inquiries and improving service quality. Your efforts will be crucial in optimizing operations and enhancing guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor service levels and provide actionable feedback
• Engage customers to collect experience insights
• Address inquiries, complaints, and operational concerns
• Ensure compliance with all racing rules and regulations
• Conduct quality assurance checks across Teletheatre operations
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service
• Knowledge of horse racing and gaming environments
• Valid “G” Class license with 5 years driving experience
• Excellent oral communication skills
• General knowledge of data networking systems
